• 7th Issue in the Rockwell Heritage Collection
• Certificate of Authenticity is printed directly on the back
• Mint condition except that it's not in the original box
• Released in 1983 by Knowles Fine China (Bradex No. 84-290-37)

The Rockwell Society of America certified this item as a "True Rockwell Classic" making the Rockwell The Painter Plate a wonderful piece of memorabilia.
