- Item (referred to as either “Item”, Item(s)”, or “Merchandise”) refers to goods offered for sale on this Service
- Order (referred to as either “Order” or “Order(s)”) means a request by You to purchase Item(s) from Us

- Website (referred to as either “the Website” or “this Website) refers to Collectibles And More In-Store, accessible from https://collectiblesandmoreinstore.com and its relative links
- You means the individual accessing or using the Company Service or an other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or

Pursuant to this Returns Refund Policy, You may return the Item(s) within thirty (30) days from the date Your Item(s) was/were delivered to You and get a refund on the Item’s purchase price (excluding shipping and handling).
To appropriately return an Item pursuant to this Returns Refund Policy, You must follow these required instructions:

- Any and all tags, cards, certificates, boxes (including the box the item was shipped in), and pouches that came with the Item(s) must be returned with the Item(s)
- Before shipping the Item(s), it/they must be carefully packed with adequate protective padding and materials
- The Item(s) shipment must be insured for the full purchase amount/value of the Item(s)
- Use the following return address on the Item(s) packaging:
- The return packaging must be postmarked within thirty (30) days from the date the Item(s) was/were delivered to you
- Only ship the Item(s) via the United States Postal Service, FedEx, UPS, or DHL
- Obtain a tracking number to track the package

In order for CAMIS to accept the return and issue a refund, all of these Return Requirements must be met. Any unauthorized returns (i.e. any Return Requirement not met) will not be accepted or refunded.
Pursuant to the terms set forth in the Shipping Policy, for Item(s) the You have purchased, the following terms apply:
- All original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs
- CAMIS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages
- Item(s) damaged from improper return packaging or otherwise will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued
If You are entitled to a refund per this Returns Refund Policy, Your refund will be credited back to Your original method of payment within 10-15 business days upon receiving the returned Item(s).
CAMIS inspects all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment. However, it is the responsibility of the You to check the Item(s) promptly upon its arrival at Your door. Item(s) damaged due to buyers’ use and/or negligence will not be accepted for refund.
CAMIS is not liable for any damages in the event that the merchandise You receive from Us is not what You perceived from its description or advertisement. If You receive such merchandise, You may return it so long as You comply with all of the CAMIS Return Requirements set forth in this Return Refund Policy.
Pursuant to this Returns Refund Policy, the following merchandise cannot be returned:
- Item(s) made to Your specifications or clearly personalized
- Item(s) which, according to their nature, are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over
- Item(s) which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
- Item(s) which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other Items
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any Item(s) that does/do not meet the above Returns Refund Policy conditions in our sole discretion.
Price adjustments are not available for Items that have gone on sale since being Ordered. Only regular priced Items may be refunded. Items on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
If an Item you Order is no longer available, We will attempt to contact You to let You know of the unavailability, then We will cancel the Order and We will refund any money paid. We will not substitute any Item(s).
We offer a full refund if You cancel the Order within 24 hours of your purchase. For Orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase but that have not been shipped, We will offer a partial refund after charging a 5% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept Order cancellation requests if Your Order has already been shipped.
