Shipping Rates and Order Fulfillment
Collectibles And More In Store (“CAMIS”) aims to make your shopping experience easy and enjoyable!
Order Fulfillment Information:
- Orders received Monday through Friday before 1:00pm Pacific Standard Time will be processed & shipped the next day.
- Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday.
- Orders placed on a holiday will be processed and shipped the 2nd business day.
- Unless requested otherwise, all orders will have an estimated delivery time of 7 to 10 business days via USPS First Class Mail.
Please be sure to provide accurate name, address, email and phone information so we can promptly attend to your order. We will gladly answer any and all questions or concerns you have regarding your shipment. Shipping Methods & Rates:
We want to assure you that we are not interested in making any money on the shipping and handling of your purchase. We simply charge what the shipping company has quoted us which varies depending on the weight of the product. For extremely heavy items a flat rate is applies. The rate also depends on the number of days allocated for a delivery. The standard is 7 to
10 days. The shipping companies charge more for 3 day, 2 day and next day.
- Continental U.S. (Lower 48): Packages ship either FedEx, FedEx Smart Post, UPS, UPS Sure Post, USPS or DHL eCommerce.
- U.S. Overseas: USPS Priority Mail is used for shipping to APO boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.These destinations may require additional shipping charges. We will contact you via email for your approval of these charges. Please allow additional processing time for the order.
- Canada & International Shipping: DHL Parcel is used for Europe, and DHL eCommerce for Asia Pacific and Middle East/Africa
Shipping Rate Exceptions:
Some items are of excessive size and/or weight and may require additional freight charges. We will contact you via email for your approval of these charges. Please allow additional processing time for the order.
