Wacky Races Production Cel
This Entertainment Collectible is a group of Hanna-Barbera "Wacky Races" original (NOT reproduction) celluloids featuring Baba-Looey, Boo Boo Bear, Ant Hill Mob, and Dick Dastardly that were used to make an actual cartoon using traditional hand-drawn animation (frame not included).
Consequently, the cels have been stapled to the background and peg-punched for camera alignment. They also have hand-written studio notes at the bottom. As proof it's an original, it includes:
- Signatures of both Bill Hanna and Joe Barbera
- Official Hanna-Barbera Production Studio seal
- Certificate of Authenticity
- sequence number 4076
The Wacky Races Production Cel measure about 10.5" x 14.75", have been stored inside a WB Gallery preservation folder, and are in near-mint condition. This item would make a fantastic gift for collectors.
