Rick Fox Lakers Bobblehead. A 2004 Collectible. Based on professional National Basketball Association player Rick Fox. He wears the purple and gold Los Angeles Lakers uniform with his player number 17 on the front. This collector’s item stands approximately 7 inches tall. Fox played the position of small foward. He played for the Boston Celtics team for the first six seasons of his National Basketball Association career. Then in 1997, he was drafted the Los Angeles Lakers. He remained with the Lakers until his retirement from basketball in 2005. While he was player #17 on the Lakers team, they won three consecutive (called a “3-peat”) NBA championships in the years 2000, 2001, and 2002. Fox spent 13 years in the NBA. In addition, he ranks 95th on the league’s all-time list in three-point attempts (2,208). Check out this YouTube video of Rick Fox on Lakers vs. the Trail Blazers in 1998 Playoffs.
