This collectible item is a humorous extremely well-made 3" oval 1970s aqua embroidered sew-on patch that's outlined in purple with an image in the center of an older big-breasted lady wearing a low-cut red dress and at the bottom of the patch it says "YES, I USE RHYTHM" in yellow letters.

In addition, this item has never been used and is in mint condition. It would make the perfect gift for patch collectors, older women, comedians, and stitchers.
