Description

Green Erin Ty Beanie Baby

This cute international vintage collectible is a plush Irish teddy bear named "Erin" that was born on March 17, 1997. It is green with a white three-leafed clover Shamrock embroidered on its chest and it is stuffed with PE pellets.

The Green Erin Ty Beanie Baby was released on January 31, 1998, and was then retired on May 21, 1999. The following poem is inside the attached 4th generation heart-shaped swing tag (with gold star):

Named after the beautiful Emerald Isle
This Beanie Baby will make you smile,
A bit of luck, a pot of gold,
Light up the faces, both young and old !

In the poem, there is a missing punctuation mark at the end of the first line and there is a space before the exclamation point at the end of the last line.

These errors on the tag make this Beanie Baby more valuable. In addition, the Green Erin Ty Beanie Baby is in near-mint condition (missing plastic cover on swing tag) and makes the perfect gift for collectors and fans of the Irish.
