This antique Advertiser Collectible is a very rare original 1920s promotional sidewalk signboard that is advertising Navy Cut Capstan cigarettes featuring a woman and man sharing a pack of cigs near the famous slogan:

Due to its age, this item has a few scratches and scuff marks, it shows some wear around the edges, and it is very worn at the corners and in the back. Even still, this antique sign is a wonderful piece of memorabilia.
