98 Holiday Bear Ty Beanie Baby
This adorable collectible is a white 9" plush teddy bear (stuffed with P.V.C. Pellets) named "Holiday" that has a holly leaf design and is wearing a matching Santa hat. It was born on December 25, 1998, released on September 30, 1998, and retired from retail shelves on December 31, 1998.
Inside the attached hangtag it has an abbreviated birth date and the last word in the last line of the poem has a spelling error (it says "lighe" instead of "light") which displays as follows:
DATE OF BIRTH: 12-25-1998
Dressed in his PJ’s, and ready for bed
Hugs given, good nights said
This little Beanie will stay close at night
Ready for a hug at first morning lighe!
In addition, this Beanie Baby has never been used and is, therefore, in mint condition with a near-mint condition heart-shaped hangtag. This item would make a terrific Christmas gift and the perfect gift for collectors.
