This collectible is a single Hot Wheels 1997 mainline diecast 1:64 scale light powder-blue Ford Transit Wrecker "KEVIN'S 24HR TOWING" tow truck (collector #620).

It has black windows, 5-spoke wheels, and a white tow arm that actually works. In addition, it has never been opened so it's in mint condition. See it live on YouTube.
