This winter holiday collectible is a white plush (stuffed with P.V.C. Pellets) snowman Ty Beanie Baby named "Snowball" that's wearing a red neck scarf and a black hat with a red ribbon around it.

It was born on December 22, 1996, released on July 10, 1997, and retired from retail shelves on December 31, 1997. The following birth date and poem is inside the attached heart-shaped swing tag (with gold star):
