1920s Capstan Sidewalk Sign
This vintage Advertiser Collectible is a very rare original 1920s sidewalk board sign that is promoting Navy Cut Capstan Cigarettes and it features a boating dock with a man and woman sharing a pack of cigarettes while sitting on a mooring bollard that displays the famous slogan:
Have a
CAPSTAN
-they're made
to make friends
Due to its age, the 1920s Capstan Sidewalk Sign has a few scratches and scuff marks, it shows some wear around the edges, and it is worn at the corners and in the back (see pics). Even still, this item is a wonderful piece of memorabilia.
